  • I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this book! The writing was wonderfully immersive and I found myself right alongside Allie in her struggle to get back home. I loved the banter between the characters, but my favorite part of it was the nostalgic feel of it. Reading it felt like enjoying shoujo manga again for the first time. Following the FMC into another world, worrying about her, kicking your feet when she meets the attractive young King, I loved it all so much. I can’t wait to one day have a copy of this book for my shelves

  • Reading Rowley’s enchanting fantasy was such a delight!! The banter between Allie, the FMC and her grumpy misguided King and captor was top notch!! The highlight of this book is how it can appeal to many readers because there is something for everyone: unique lore, a touch of romance, fight scenes and plot twists !!

  • One thing I loved most about this book is how immediately I connected with Allie, the main character. From page one, Rowley’s story was a fun and immersive read. The world and characters pulled me right in and I felt like I was going through the story with them! When I finished, I was instantly hungry for more.
